New Delhi, Jan 03 (ANI): After Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's announcement that he won't seek a third term, Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tewari on Friday hoped that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi becomes the prime minister after the general elections.
