Yo Yo Honey Singh and Salman Khan have never been seen performing together on-screen or off-screen. However, this is likely to change as the rapper hopes to share the stage with the superstar during the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA) to be held March 18 in Dubai.
Honey Singh will be seen performing at the award show and Salman will also be present at the event. "I have performed with Shah Rukh bhai and Jacqueline Fernandez in the past but not with Salman bhai. So I am looking forward to interacting with him along with my performance, if he is in the audience," IANS quoted Honey as saying.
However, the Catch News reported that that Salman will not only be present at the event but will also have a performance. Others to perform at the show are Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan and Kareena Kapoor Khan, among others.
Meanwhile, Honey, who celebrated his 33rd birthday March 15, has shocked everyone with a revelation. The rapper was at the peak of his stardom when he had suddenly disappeared for around two years. Honey now revealed that he was suffering from bipolar disorder and alcoholism.
"I know there were rumours that I was in rehab (for drug overdose), but I was in my Noida house throughout. The truth is I was suffering from bipolar disorder. It went on for 18 months, during which I changed four doctors. The medication wasn't working on me and crazy things were happening. I must confess that I was bipolar and an alcoholic," Honey told the Times of India.
While Honey is perfectly fine now, the rapper is gearing up for his upcoming Punjabi movie "Zorawar." The film's trailer was launched recently and it garnered positive response from the audience.
