The director later said that since Mia is not available for the scheduled dates, they are in now search for the right actress to portray the role and it looks like the makers have zeroed in on Honey Rose to play the role. The shooting of the movie, which was already delayed because of the confusion surrounding the lead actress, is now expected to kick-start soon.
The story of the movie "My God" revolves around a 15- year-old boy, Sam, who is the son of a rich planter, whose life is burdened and stressed with plenty of expectations from his parents as well as the society.
Meanwhile, Honey Rose will reprise a bold character of a paediatric psychologist as well as an activist who deals with problems concerning children. Suresh Gopi will play the main character, and Adhiraja Bhattathiri will have the role of the CEO of an IT firm.
The film also has Vineeth Sreenivasan and Joy Mathew in pivotal roles. Vineeth will reprise the role of a techie and the elder brother of Sam.
