Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has posted an image of its upcoming Navi mystery two-wheeler on its official page ahead of its possible debut at the Auto Expo 2016. What is interesting is that the latest teaser image reveals almost nothing, other than simply stating "Who knows what it will be?"
The teaser image also says, "Whatever it is, it's fun." It may be recalled that Honda has teased 'Navi' before, in the company's New Year greetings, posted on social media forums, indicating that a new kind of two-wheeler model is well on its way. From the images, it's difficult to a sense anything, but what we can almost confirm from this is that the next offering of Honda could be called Navi. Given that Auto Expo, India's biggest auto carnival, is just around the corner, Honda Navi could be one of the main attractions of the company's pavilion.
While the upcoming Navi remains as a mystery, the rumours floating on the Internet suggest that this could be a 125cc scooter from Honda, which would sit above the current Activa 125. This is expected to be a premium offering to rival the models like Vespa and could come with bigger tyres and more storage capacity. The rumour also has it that the new scooter could share its engine with the Activa 125.
At the Auto Expo 2016, joining the arena of the company will be 10 new models that include six new launches and four concept models.
