When it comes to its Amaze sedan in India, Honda leaves no stone unturned.
The car maker, after launching a new variant Amaze in India earlier last week, is now understood to be working on the RS variant of the compact sedan.
Folks at GaadiWaadi have managed to capture the test mule of Amaze that is believed to be the RS variant straight from company's stockyard.
The Amaze RS, which is likely to make its market debut before the CNG variant of the compact sedan, is expected to get skirting on the front and rear and side mouldings. In terms of style and design, the new RS variant is likely to stock to the current model. For the oily bits, the Amaze RS is likely to carry over the same engines from the current model and from what we hear; the model will get a price tag slightly higher than the regular version.
Honda recently launched Amaze VX(O) in the country with Audio-Video Navigation (AVN) package. The AVN includes 15.7-cm touchscreen display that comes with maps and a voice-guided navigation interface and there is also Bluetooth music streaming and telephony, USB, aux, iPod connectivity and MP3 playback, DVD/CD, and AM/FM radio. In addition to this, Amaze get restyled and updated speedometer and power folding wing mirrors.
While the petrol model of Amaze VX (O) has been priced at ₹7.32 lakh, the diesel model is priced at ₹8.20 lakh.
