It is no secret that Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India is readying a new commuter bike, Livo, for the Indian market. Now, the latest buzz on the web is that Livo, the 110cc bike of Honda, could hit the two-wheeler market as early as July.
Honda Livo, the bike which is rumoured to replace Honda CB Twister, was caught on camera numerous times while undergoing testing in the country. Livo was expected to make its entry into the market by September this year, and if the latest reports on the web are to be believed, Livo will be launched in the country on 10 July.
Honda Livo 110cc commuter bike is expected to take on the likes of TVS Star City+, Mahindra Centuro, and Hero Passion XPro in its segment, and may also get power from 109.19 cc air cooled engine that does duty in CB Twister, Honda Dream Yuga and Honda Dream Neo and are likely to come with Honda Eco Technology (HET).
Likely to be priced around ₹50,000, the styling of Honda Livo is expected to be influenced by Honda Dream series and Unicorn 160. The previous spy shots of Livo has showed instrument cluster with speedometer and analogue fuel gauge, Dream series inspired seats, tail light and mudguard.
In yet another development, the folks at GaadiWaadi have released the teaser images of Honda Livo.
