Honda Cars India has reportedly brought down the waiting period for its best selling compact sedan Amaze in the country.

Amaze, a revolutionary product from the Japanese auto maker, has registered amazing sales since its launch in April. The high demand for the vehicle in the domestic auto market had forced the car maker to extend the waiting period to three to four months.

Fortunately, latest reports suggest the delivery time of the car is back on track now, after the Honda introduced a new shift at its Greater Noida facility from November. Apparently, at many dealerships in Mumbai and Delhi, the Amaze is readily available and the company has trimmed the waiting period to five to seven business days, reported AutoCar India.

Riding high on Amaze's success, Honda has registered a sales growth of 151 percent for November. According to Honda, in November alone the company has sold 7,598 units of the Amaze compact sedan in the country. Earlier this week it was reported that the Amaze bookings in the country is nearing the 50,000 units mark.
