Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) has added new editions to its popular motorcycles-- CB Hornet 160R and Dream Yuga. While the company's 160cc motorcycle CB Hornet has received a special edition in India, the 110cc Dream Yuga got a new colour.
Honda CB Hornet 160R special edition
The CB Hornet 160R special edition gets new body graphics and colours. While the standard variant special edition of the CB Hornet 160R has been priced at Rs. ₹ 81,413, the CBS (Combi-Braking System) variant gets a price tag of Rs. 85,912 (all-prices, ex-showroom Delhi). The special edition gets two new paint schemes – striking green and mars orange. The bike gets an all-black treatment to give a sporty appearance and is contrasted with the new colour shades.
There are no mechanical changes in the new edition and the Honda CB Hornet 160R continues to get power from a 162.71cc single-cylinder engine that can churn out 14.5bhp of maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 14.61Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox and also gets Honda Eco Technology (HET).
Honda Dream Yuga
The Dream Yuga, the 100cc motorcycle of Honda is now available in the new dual tone 'Black with Athletic Blue Metallic' in addition to the existing five colours-- Pearl Amazing White, Black, Black with Radiant Red Metallic, Black with Heavy Grey Metallic and Sports Red. The Dream Yuga is powered by an air-cooled 4-stroke, 110 cc, single-cylinder engine producing 8.25bhp of power and 8.63Nm of torque that is channelled to the wheel via a four-speed transmission. The engine is equipped with the revolutionary HET (Honda Eco Technology) which helps deliver enhanced mileage.
