Bollywood's King Khan, Shah Rukh, will be seen in a completely new avatar in the upcoming film "Raees".
SRK is playing the role of a Gujarati don in the film "Raees" which also casts Farhan Akhtar.
And for that particular role, director Rahul Dholakia and Excel team are going an extra mile for the perfect look.
A team of makeup artists from Hollywood will try out different looks for SRK's role to give depth to the character, Mumbai Mirror reported. However, SRK will take the final call on the look.
"They will try out not just different hair styles, but also experiment with eyebrows, beards and scars. The scar will be retained only if it works for the character. There will be no prosthetics, the look will be realistic. The team will be finalised soon and will arrive in a few months time to work with SRK," a source close to the development told Mumbai Mirror.
The source also reported that SRK is quite excited about his new avatar and will sit with the makeup artists to settle down on one look.
Dholakia has already travelled to US once to talk to one of the Hollywood's top makeup team. The makeup artists will not only work with hairstyles but will also experiment with the actor's face.
Director and producers are in talk with makeup artists and the venture will be finalised soon.
Shah Rukh has earlier experimented with his looks in several films including "Don 2", "Ra.One", "Jab Tak Hai Jaan" and "Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi" among others.
However, this particular look will be much awaited as the actor will get a customised look for SRK in Raees, Bollywood Life reported.
"Raees" is set in Gujarat and features SRK and Farhan in the lead roles. This is for the first time both the actors will share screen space.
