A high profile flesh trade ring was busted by the Haryana Police in the Sector -39 in Gurugram on Sunday night. Incidentally, the prostitution racket was busted, just hours after similar ring landed in police net in Hyderabad on Sunday.
The racket in Gurugram, involving 'high profile people', was operating from a luxurious guest house called Ganga Villa, according to police.
The cops nabbed 12 woman and four men from there and they have been booked under different Sections of the Immoral Trafficking Act.
How the racket was busted
For the past few days the, police had been receiving complaints about some illegal activity was going on in the guest house.
It also received information that a flesh trade was being allegedly held at the residence, following which two male constables went to the guest house, acting as customers.
According to a Hindi news outlet, the two cops disguised as customers were shown pictures of Indian as well as foreigners. When a deal was struck between the pimp, the cops alerted their team mates, who, led by by Inspector Vijay Kumar raided the guest house.

According to the news outlet, the police found many couple in compromising positions and also found other objectionable articles.
All the arrested were produced before the court on Monday and sent to judicial custody in Bhondsi jail. The police are probing the incident.
"We are investigating whether the accused had a valid licence and permissions to operate even a guest house. A case has been registered and a probe is underway," Vijay Kumar, the Station House Officer (SHO) of Sadar police station was quoted as saying by Daily Pioneer.
This is not the first time that a sex racket has been busted in Gurugram.
On December 10, the cops made a crackdown on an illegal sex racket that was being run in a spa of a renowned mall in Sector-53.
In another sex racket that was busted in sector 51, where in several foreign women were also arrested.
