Hero Motocorp has rolled out the new version of its Xtreme Sports bike in India with a price tag of ₹72,725 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new Xtreme Sports, which comes with new styling and ride quality, is claimed to be the most powerful offering in its class. Powered by the 149.2cc air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder engine, which is tuned to dish out 15.6bhp @ 8500rpm and maximum torque of 13.5Nm @ 7000rpm, the new Xtreme Sports gets telescopic hydraulic suspension in the front and swing arm gas reservoir suspension at the rear. The new Xtreme Sports can reach from 0-60 km/h in a mere 4.7seconds.

In terms of dimensions, the new Xtreme Sports bike measures 2100 mm in length, 780 mm in width and 1080 mm in height. The bike comes seated on a wheelbase of 1325 mm and gets a ground clearance of 145 mm. The stopping power comes from 240 mm front and 220 mm rear disc brakes.

To be available in a total of five colours -- Panther Black, Fiery Red, Mercuric Silver and the new Black-Red and Pyro Orange -- the new Hero Xtreme houses features like new wolf-eye headlamp , stylish front cowl with LED lights, split set-up seat, exhaust with muffler cover and body coloured mirrors.

The Xtreme Sports is available at all Hero dealerships across the country. New Xtreme Sports is priced at ₹72,725 (ex-showroom Delhi), ₹73,194 (ex-showroom Mumbai), ₹71,515 (ex-showroom Chennai) ₹73,902(ex-showroom Kolkata) and ₹71,729 (ex-showroom Bangalore).
