A fresh batch of images of Hero MotoCorp's new motorcycles, which is believed to be the 110cc iSmart, have hit the web fuelling fresh round of whispers on the auto corridor that suggest the model could debut at the Auto Expo 2016.
The motor buffs at GaadiWaadi have managed to snap the new 110cc offering of Hero in its undisguised avatar, which is likely to be launched under Passion line-up. Likely to be pitted against Honda Dream Neo and Bajaj Platina ES, the new Hero iSmart 110cc motorcycle is expected to return a mileage of nearly 100kmpl.
The bike, which gets a refreshed styling with the new tail piece, fuel tank and side panel, the Hero ismart 110 is expected to get new 110cc engine that is likely to churn out 9bhp of power and 9Nm of torque. The original publisher of the spy shots also claims that the new 110cc offering of Hero could be priced at around Rs 55,000. It is expected to get telescopic fork at the front and 5-way adjustable rear suspension. Other expected features include start-stop button, front brake and long seat.
Although the rumours about the new iSmart motorcycles have been doing the rounds for quite some time, the company has not confirmed anything yet. It is being said that the new iSmart could join Hero's arena at the upcoming Auto Expo 2016.
