Taylor Swift has decided to be a little more discreet with her romances after the debacle that was Tom Hiddleston.
Swift's whirlwind romance with Hiddleston gave the media a lot of fodder for gossip and the singer now wants to prevent a similar situation by going low-key with her future romances.
"She is not avoiding dating nor is she actively looking for a boyfriend, but she definitely wants to make sure the next person she dates can be a little more secretive about the relationship and she is looking to do the same," a source told HollywoodLife, adding that Swift does not want to be the next "Bennifer or Brangelina."
Swift and Hiddleston got together just a couple of weeks after she called it quits with Calvin Harris, and at the time rumours were rife that Swift wasn't faithful to the DJ. "[Taylor] claims she didn't cheat on Calvin, but the timing is suspect, and Calvin certainly believes that she did," a source told Star. "Taylor just seems way too comfortable with Tom already." Swift and Hiddleston were photographed making out in a June 15 photo, which was just two weeks after news of Swift's split with Harris was confirmed.
Swift and Hiddleston first grabbed headlines as a couple after they were spotted dancing together at the 2016 Met Gala. "Taylor and Tom had a connection at the Met Gala, that much is clear, and they kept in touch even though she was with Calvin at the time," said the Star source.
Swift's previous boyfriends include One Direction singer Harry Styles, Conor Kennedy, John Mayer and Taylor Lautner among others.
