The Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list features 300 promising young leaders from across 10 sectors. Shraddha Kapoor and Virat Kohli have found a spot in the entertainment and sports section.
Talking to the IANS about it, the "Rock On 2" actress said the achievement would help her push the envelope. "It has not been easy to reach this level in order to feature in this prestigious list of achievers. I am humbled and motivated to keep pushing myself," she said.
The leading lady has gone from being the petite star to kid to a hit-maker. She may have delivered four hit films in her career so far, but that hasn't made her complacent. She is exploring newer avenues everyday and working hard to make her mark. Shraddha is aware how crucial a Friday can be in an screen artiste's life.
On the film front, she has "Rock On 2" and "Baaghi" lined up for release. The former is a sequel to the 2008 film "Rock On," which had Farhan Akhtra, Arjun Rampal, Purab Kohli, Luke Kenny and Prachi Desai in the lead. For part two, Shraddha gets to sing her own songs and play the piano. She has apparently rehearsed 14 hours a day to get it right.
Shraddha also underwent intense training sessions for action sequences in "Baaghi," which also stars Tiger Shroff. "There is proper training that I am currently undergoing here in Bangkok before we start shooting. I am glad that this opportunity has come my way," she had told the news agency last year.
