Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam are set to share screen space for the first time in "Kaabil," but the latter has not been cast only because of her acting skills or beauty. The buzz is that Yami has been signed for the movie due to her pretty eyes.
The makers apparently wanted an actress with beautiful eyes to play a visually impaired girl's character. As Yami has quite sharp features, her eyes sealed the deal for her. Fans are eagerly waiting to see the fresh pair on the silver screen.
Earlier, it had been reported that many A-listed actresses like Kareena Kapoor Khan and Parineeti Chopra rejected the offer because of the female lead's screen timing in the flick. In "Kaabil," Yami's character will be dead before the interval.
As per the storyline, Yami's part will apparently be over before half-time and it might be the reason behind various leading ladies of Bollywood refusing to sign the film. Scheduled to be released on Jan. 26 next year, the film will be helmed by Sanjay Gupta and may feature Sasha Agha in a key role.
The "Mohenjo Daro" actor had released a sneak peak of the film a few days ago and it crossed one million views on Facebook in less than 12 hours. In the sneak peak of "Kaabil," a lighted candle is seen and then the flame appears in Hrithik's eyes. The teaser only showed the eyes of the actor, followed by a line: "The Mind Sees All." The handsome hunk shared the video with caption: "Blinded by a million eyes watching me...when in fact I am the observer, I am the watcher .. The minds eye sees all."
In "Kaabil," the handsome hunk gets to play a visually-impaired man on the hunt for his girlfriend's rapists and murderers.
