Thanks to The Spoiling Dead Fans, we now know that "The Walking Dead" Season 7 will start filming from May 2 and the crew has already starting prepping the location over in Hampton, the site from Season 6 finale where the Saviors had blocked the road with logs.
According to the spoiler forum, filming on May 2 and 3 will be around the overpass near Old Griffin Road, Brown Dr. and Old Highway 3. Roads that are expected to be closed include "GA-20 & Old Hwy 3 as well as Bridges Dr. and Old Griffin Rd, and Brown Dr. near Old Hwy 3."
The show has also issued a casting call for Augustus, who is expected to play Ezekiel from Robert Kirkman's comics. Ezekiel is the charismatic, often weird, leader of the Kingdom, yet another community of survivors that Andrew Lincoln's Rick and gang will encounter. Ezekiel will be roped in to strengthen Alexandrians' fight against Negan and his Saviors. According to the casting call, he is expected to make his first appearance in the third episode of Season 7.
If the AMC series follows Kirkman's comics, then Augustus will have an affair with Michonne, who is currently involved with Rick in the television series.
