Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is set to appear in her Hollywood debut film "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage" opposite Vin Diesel. The actress is currently in Toronto and has started shooting for her film with Diesel.
Several pictures of Deepika and Diesel were doing the rounds recently and the two looked extremely hot. The "Bajirao Mastani" actress will be seen in the role of a huntress named Serena, who is the love interest of Cage (played by Diesel).
The audience is eagerly waiting to see Deepika in her new hot avatar, romancing one of the most handsome Hollywood actors. Apart from Diesel, Padukone will also share screen space with other international stars like Jet Li, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose.
Deepika had begun preparing for her role in Mumbai itself. Several photos and a video of her workout sessions had been shared on social media. Recently, Diesel shared a video, which has also featured Deepika, on his Instagram. In the clip, Diesel and Deepika promised entertainment in their upcoming film "xXx."
After Priyanka Chopra, Deepika is set to make India proud in the international platform. However, this is not the first Hollywood project that has been offered to the "Piku" actress. She could have made her debut before Priyanka if she wouldn't have rejected Diesel's "Fast and Furious 7."
Meanwhile, people are excited about Deepika's Hollywood film, but some reports have suggested that the actress may not appear in any Bollywood film this year. In 2015, she captured millions of hearts with her brilliant performances in "Piku," "Tamasha" and "Bajirao Mastani."
