Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon slammed reports of being upset with Deepika Padukone and called the "Piku" actress "super hot." According to earlier reports, Kriti was not happy with Deepika for doing a dance number in her upcoming film "Raabta."
The "Heropanti" actress took to Twitter to rubbish the reports and called it a "typically false story." A popular magazine apparently published the news that Kriti was insecure of Deepika's presence in the film. Deepika has a cameo appearance in Dinesh Vijan's flick.
But now it seems all is well as Kriti has clarified everything. Deepika recently arrived in India from Budapest, where she shot for the dance number in "Raabta." After the "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage" shoot, she directly left for Budapest and has now returned to Mumbai for a break. Fans are waiting for the diva to sign a Bollywood film soon.
After last year's back-to-back successful performances in "Piku" and "Bajirao Mastani," Deepika is yet to sign any Hindi project. She will next be seen in her Hollywood debut, in which she shares screen space with several international stars including, Vin Diesel, Tony Jaa, Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose.
It had been reported that Dinesh roped in Deepika in "Raabta" as she is the filmmaker's lucky mascot. Deepika has earlier worked with Dinesh in "Love Aaj Kal," "Cocktail" and "Finding Fanny," and she shares a good equation with him.
On the other hand, Kriti will share screen space for the first time with Sushant Singh Rajput in "Raabta." Till now, Kriti has charmed viewers with her appearance in "Heropanti" and "Dilwale," while Sushant, who was also a popular TV star, appeared in films like "Kai Po Che," "Shuddh Desi Romance," "PK" and "Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!" Sushant will next appear in the Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni's biopic, titled "M.S.Dhoni: The Untold Story."
