Shah Rukh Khan may be on a break, but the noise around what he's working on next hardly ever dies down. Imtiaz Ali's film, which sources claim will begin in July, is miles away from ready-to-roll.
On the sidelines of an event held in New Delhi, SRK said the news around the film is mostly untrue adding that the technical team is being assembled and it will take some time before the official announcement is made.
"I have been hearing a lot of things like I am playing a Sikh, a guide... But in another two months we will announce the whole film. We are just waiting for the technical team to get together," the Press Trust of India quoted the superstar as saying.
Meanwhile, a source told Deccan Chronicle that the cast and crew will jet off to Europe in the coming month. The filmmaker has picked out a minimum of five countries to shoot across.
"The film's setup and locations will be such that the audiences will be thrilled to see it on the big screen. All the formalities regarding the shooting permission are underway and everything will be in order before the film goes on the floors," the insider further elaborated.
In other news, Anushka Sharma, who is reportedly the leading lady for the untitled project, is busy with "Sultan" promotions, simultaneously shooting for her home production "Phillauri." SRK has wrapped up Gauri Shinde's film last week and has Aanand L Rai's film lined up.
