Versatile Malayalam actor Jayasurya has many times come forward reacting to the issues faced by common man, and the "Pretham" actor has now posted a new video message for the Chief Minister of Kerala Pinarayi Vijayan on his Facebook page.
In the less than one-minute selfie video, Jayasurya talks about an incident he witnessed on Tuesday morning and requests the CM to take effective measures for the well being of commuters in the state.
"I couldn't tell you about this when we met last time as you were busy. I am posting this video message due to my helplessness. Today morning too I saw a young man, who got injured after he fell down from his bike on the road. He was wearing a helmet as well. Providing good roads is one of the basic needs as people are taking hours to reach home. Everyday, you would be reading the news about many meeting with accidents due to the potholes on the road. I request you to find a solution to these issues for the welfare of people in Kerala [translated from Malayalam]," Jayasurya is heard saying in the video message.
Jayasurya's video has now gone viral with many fans and celebrities sharing it on social media. Actors Neeraj Madhav, Meeran Nandan and vlogger Lakshmi Menon have also shared it on their Facebook pages. The video has been viewed more than 96,000 times on Facebook in less than one hour, at the time of reporting.
Meanwhile, on the acting career front, Jayasurya is awaiting the release of two of his movies, which are scheduled to hit screens on Aug. 12. Ranjith Sankar's horror comedy entertainer "Pretham" and Sajid Yahiya's action thriller "Inspector Dawood Ibrahim" are set to lock horns against each other all over India on the opening day. He also has the sequel of Midhun Manuel Thomas' "Aadu Oru Bheekara Jeeviyanu" in his kitty lined up for the year.
