Bad Choice Films

From "Chandni Chowk To China" to "Lafangey Parindey", Deepika Padukone has made many bad choices in her film career. The movies were not only torturous but also didn't do any good at the box office.

Pulling Ex-beau and his Girlfriend's Leg

Deepika, along with Sonam Kapoor, took digs at Ranbir Kapoor on Karan Johar's chat show "Koffee With Karan." She went on record saying that the "Barfi" actor should endorse a condom brand.

Rumours were rife that the actress had also put allegations on Ranbir saying: "The first time he cheated on me, I thought there was something wrong with me or the relationship, but when someone makes a habit of it, you know the problem lies with him. Yet I was foolish enough to give him a second chance because he begged and pleaded, despite the fact that everyone around me said he was still straying."

The "Ram-leela" actress didn't spare his current girlfriend Katrina Kaif as well. Her bitter reaction to Kaif's leaked bikini photos proves it all.

Turned Down Hollywood offer

From "Shuddhi" to "Jab Tak Hai Jaan", the actress rejected several Bollywood flicks. The leading Bollywood actress also refused the offer to act in Hollywood film "Fast and Furious 7." At that time, the actress was very busy with the shoot of "HNY" and "Ram-leela".

Cricket Affairs

There was news that the actress dated cricketer Yuvraj Singh and captain MS Dhoni is said to have had a huge crush on the diva.

Also, the actress used to date Siddarth Mallya, but never confessed to it. The news came into light when the couple was snapped locking lips during a T20 match.

Cleavage Controversy

Deepika Padukone lost her temper when a leading daily published a photo of hers in a low-cut dress at an event. She took to Twitter and expressed her disgust over the newspaper article: "YES! I am a Woman. I have breasts AND a cleavage! You got a problem!!??"

The "Happy New Year" actress took a stand against the reportage and wrote an open letter to the daily that a man's crotch is never zoomed in and made into headlines.

Also Homi Adjania's video on women empowerment, which featured Deepika made headlines. People slammed the actress for the 'biased' short film.

Legal Troubles

From 'AIB' Roast to 'Ram-leela', Deepika has been faced with several legal issues. Jalandhar Police station issued a warrant for her arrest because of the title of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's flick "Goliyon Ki Rasleela -- Ram-leela", which had some connection to Hindu mythology that could hurt the sentiments.

"AIB Roast" video landed all the actors including Deepika present at the event into legal trouble due to obscene behaviour and abusive language in a public place.
