"Hate Story 3" audience live update
Prarthna Sarkar of IBTimes India said: "The Vishal Pandya directorial is upsetting as much as it is interesting. Interesting because it takes a lot of courage to come up with a mindless script and then executing it in a way that would put soft porn to shame."
Subramaniam Harikumar of BollywoodLife.com said: "Hate Story 3 is everything what you expect from the movie, except if you have expected a Piku...which means there is something wrong with you!"
As long as the film fixes itself to story, its fine but the moment it moves to crowd pleasing moments, it pointlessly meanders," he added.
Lokesh Dharmani of Masala said: "Ok let me say it as is. In Hate Story 3, there is no sex. It only vexed. Me. Beyond Belief. If you are still alive at the end of the film, you would notice a book in apna Bravo's house. It reads Isaac Newton. That makes perfect sense. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, subtly establishing it as a revenge story. Errr NOT!"
Roktim Rajpal of IBNLive said: "Cliched dialogues have gone a long way in diluting the impact of #HateStory3 The songs add nothing to the narrative. On the contrary they break the film's flow. #HateStory3 The racy background score of #HateStory3 adds life to the onscreen events."
Just Bollywood's review said: "Hate Story 3 is essentially a vengeance saga unlike the previous two films from this franchise of HS. However, this time it is more of erotica than of any worthy story to be covered in it."
Saibal Chatterjee of NDTV said: "Hate would be a completely wasted emotion here. Do yourself a favour and just ignore Hate Story 3."
