"Dholi Taro Dhol Baje" song from "Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam", featuring Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, is one of the most popular garba songs.
And since the popular song has now been re-created with adult star-turned-actress Sunny Leone, constant comparison is being made between her and Aishwarya Rai.
But, Sunny believes that her version of "Dholi Taro" in the movie "Ek Paheli Leela" cannot be matched to the original song directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
In an interview with Press Trust of India, the actress said that she hates it when she is compared to two of the biggest stars of Bollywood, Salman and Aishwarya.
"I was really really nervous when I was told that this song would be there in the film. I still haven't seen any review on what people think about the song so that is a little scary because hearing nothing is also not good. But I was definitely scared. I really hate that it was being compared to the two of the biggest stars," Sunny told PTI.
"When you are a newcomer in Bollywood you look at these people and think they are so talented. And then someone wants to re-create it and even if the song is great, you will be compared and at some point, you will not measure up because they were so amazing," she added.
Describing her experience while shooting the song, Sunny said that she got scared after watching the original version.
"I hope when people see it, they say 'Sunny did a decent job.' I will be happy with that," she said.
Directed by Bobby Khan, "Ek Paheli Leela" features Sunny, Jay Bhanushali, Rahul Dev, Rajneesh Duggal and Mohit Ahlawat in pivotal roles. The film will hit screens worldwide on 10 April.
