Rumors are rife that Harry Styles may quit "One Direction". Styles is apparently working on a top-secret project with "One Republic" singer Ryan Tedder and this has sparked rumors that Styles could go solo soon.
"We did do something... I can't say what it's for, though, " Tedder told The Guardian, when asked about his project with Styles.
Tedder has previously collaborated with singers like Adele, Beyoncé and Ellie Goulding and has also worked with both Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson for their album titled "Midnight Memories".
Reports suggest that Tedder and Styles hit off really well and this could tread a path for Styles to establish a solo career.
"Harry and Ryan have been working on new material together. They've met a number of times before with the band but have never worked together properly. There's a mutual appreciation there. If there's one person to get the best out of Harry, it's Ryan. The new relationship will come in handy if Harry does try his hand at going solo," The Sun quoted an insider, according to Metro.
However, when Tedder was asked whether Hazza has any plans of quitting "One Direction" he said, "Oh my God, I have no idea. I've never had any conversations with him or any of them regarding that."
This is not the first time that Styles is plagued with going solo rumors. Since the time Styles has been exploring new territories of singing world, rumors have gone rampant about his quitting the band.
Much recently, a tweet from Tomlinson's Twitter account, which said,: "Always in my heart @Harry_Styles. Yours sincerely, Louis," has gone missing. The tweet appeared on Tomlinson's wall in 2011 and had received more than 100,000 likes. However, it's disappearance from social media page has made fans wonder whether trouble is brewing in 1D universe.
"One Direction" Where We Are stadium tour is all set to begin in Columbia today, April 25.
