Harley-Davidson Launches CVO Limited, Breakout and Street Glide Special in India; Price, Feature Details [PHOTOS]

Iconic bike maker Harley-Davidson has expanded its bike portfolio in India with the launch of three new stunning bikes - CVO Limited, Street Glide Special and Harley-Davidson Breakout.

With the addition of three new cruisers, Harley, the popular bike maker in the global market is now eying India's young and affluent urbanites.

CVO Limited

Powered by Twin Cam 110 1,801cc V-Twin engine, the flagship bike from the 'Custom Vehicle Operations' family of Harley-Davidson comes with striking features like LED headlight with LED fog lamps, Linked Brembo brakes with ABS, sleek saddle bags and 6.5-inch full-colour touch screen display.

The engine of this well-crafted motorbike comes coupled to a 6 speed transmission box and is available in three body paints. The CVO Limited has been priced at ₹49.23 lakh, (ex-showroom, New Delhi). Seated on a wheelbase of 1,625 mm, the cruiser measures 2,600 mm long and offers a ground clearance of 120 mm.

Harley-Davidson Breakout

Harley-Davidson Breakout is yet another striking offering from the US bike maker Harley and is priced at ₹16.28 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Breakout is the latest in the company's Softail motorcycles and is positioned above Fat Boy.

The big-wheeled bike draws power from a Twin Cam 103B 1,690cc air cooled engine, which is tuned to generate a peak power of 130 Nm.

This is first in Harley's India line-up to offer Hard Candy metal flake paint finish and is offered in six colours -- Quicksilver Flake, Radioactive Green, Superior Blue, Mysterious Red Sunglo, Charcoal Pearl and Vivid Black. It gets 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels.

Harley Davidson Street Glide Special

Priced at ₹29.7 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), Harley Davidson Street Glide Special gets fully adjustable hydraulic suspension system and the Boom! Box6.5 GT Radio multimedia infotainment system integrated to touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity.

Power comes from the Twin Cam 103 air-cooled 1,690 cc engine used on the Breakout, which is mated to a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission. The motor develops 138 Nm of peak torque at 3,500 rpm.
