Thanksgiving Day 2015, the day Americans give thanks for everything that's going great in their lives — historically, in terms of good harvest — is upon us. Although the tradition has its roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has been popularised in other ways as well.
For people around the world, Thanksgiving Day is synonymous with stuffing oneself with turkey, cranberry sauces, pies and potatoes. It is quite the celebration in the US, and everyone, including celebrities, is excited about it.
Ahead of Thanksgiving Day 2015, which falls on Thursday, 26 November, here some of the special wishes from some of your favourite celebrities, starting with Demi Lovato, who asks her fans who are in recovery to stay strong during this holiday of indulgence:
For anyone in recovery who gets anxiety about Thanksgiving, just remember.. It's about giving thanks not just the food #staystrong
