Chris Soules, the farmer from Arlington, Iowa, who was on the previous season of ABC's dating reality show, "The Bachelor", turns 34 on 6 November, 2015.
Soules, who first went on to star in Andi Dorfman's season of "The Bachelorette" before being selected as "The Bachelor" 2015, found love on the show in contestant Whitney Bischoff. They even got engaged on the reality show. But it wasn't meant to last and the couple parted ways in May.
At the time it was rumoured that he was seeing his "Dancing with the Stars" partner Witney Carson, and their relationship was what caused Bischoff to finally call it quits with Soules. However, these rumours turned out to be false, and in a statement released to the media, Soules and Bischoff said they were parting amicably.
"Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have mutually and amicably decided to end their engagement,' representatives for Soules and Bischoff said in a joint statement released to the media. "They part with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends. They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey."
It has been several months since the duo parted ways, and it looks like Soules is ready to enter the dating world once again. He has even mastered a dish to impress his future partner.
"My signature is always going to be a good medium rare steak," Soules said, according to People. "Hopefully she's not a vegan because that would be a tough hurdle to get past!"
Meanwhile, Soules and Rumer Willis' appearance together at a Knicks game on Wednesday, 7 October, in New York City sparked rumours that the duo could be dating. According to onlookers cited by Celeb Dirty Laundry, it appeared Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' daughter couldn't "keep her hands off the Iowa farmer, or her attention on the basketball game."
Soules even uploaded a picture of him with Willis on his Instagram page. "Courtside with @ruelarue at last night's @nyknicks game. So awesome #newyorkcity," he captioned the picture.
