Rajgir, Oct 29 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed a strategy meeting for the national election due by May. He condemned the serial blasts that took place in Patna on Sunday. He said that he had directed the police officials to ensure elaborate security arrangements and also ordered Gandhi Maidan to be sanitized ahead of BJP’s ‘Hunkar’ rally.
