New Delhi, Feb 03 (ANI): Commenting on the recent spat of words between the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Samajwadi party, National Communist Party (NCP) leader Tariq Anwar on Monday said that the BJP was based on hatred, and that the Gujarat riots and the Babri Masjid issue were the best examples to prove that.
