As players await the arrival of Rockstar's Heists for GTA 5 Online, rumours do not seem to die even after the developer announced the release of Heists on 10 March and release of PC version on 14 April.
New rumours have suggested that there could be more from the GTA 5 developers, apart from something that is already announced. According to a source close to Rockstar Games, it is believed to be working on an expansion to the story content.
"We've spent a good amount of time working on the online Heists and the remaster, however we haven't forgotten about Michael, Franklin and Trevor's story," said our source, reported Gamercenteronline. "It's going to be monumental!"
However, the report added that company might make the announcement on this, "very soon" and the source did not state the release date for the DLC.
This rumour is definitely not of any surprise since IBTimes India has been covering stories on some avid gamers finding maps, comedy club, zombies and many more in the game's code. It is also learnt that this content might not be rolling out to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. This content is likely to roll out only after the release of Heists update and GTA 5 PC version.
PC Version to Get New Rockstar Editor and Pre-orders to Fetch More Cash
Rockstar's announcement of a new Editor for the GTA 5 PC version has charged up many players, since many PC gamers have been waiting for this since the release of GTA 5 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
"And keep an eye out for more GTAV info in the weeks ahead, including a new trailer and a look at the PC version's powerful new Rockstar Editor for making your own original custom videos," Rockstar said, Express reported.
Not only that, Rockstar also stated that players who will be pre-ordering the game will be getting bonus in-game cash for GTA 5 Online, this will be above the $1,200,000 GTA money for players receiving the game copy.
"Pre-order by March 31st to get a bonus $300,000 of in-game cash for GTA Online (that's on top of the $1,200,000 of in-game cash that all pre-orders – either physical copy or digital download – will receive)."
The PC version of GTA 5 will be rolling out on 14 April, and it has been twice delayed. However, it will be running at 1080p and 60fps with up to 4K resolution. The company has said that the PC version will have greater details and has been constantly polishing the game for long now.
