Rockstar's GTA 5 is a popular and successfull video game. New information suggests new content could be incoming to this open-world video game. The last such content was for Thanksgiving Day.
Now, a leak from Danny Ross, an ex-employee of Rockstar, has cryptically suggested in a Q&A session on Reddit that the company is working on Red Dead Redemption 2.
His cryptic messages have opened the floodgates for rumours among the large and powerful GTA community.
So when a Reddit user asked him what does Rockstar have to offer next, he said: "Really? Dumbass. Really? Two." His reply, been billed as "cryptic" can also be the acronym for the unconfirmed Red Dead Redemption 2 or RDR2.
This has led many fans to wonder if this person was trolling or actually giving out hints from Rockstar's stable. They also found out that he was a really an ex-employee of the company.
Following a lot of talk and rumours among fans and the community, Ross came out with another statement: "Nah I'm just playing. GTA 6 is up next but they're waiting for more Michael Mann movies to rip off first."
The statement shows how Ross was just trying to speculate how GTA 5 is like several action stories put together, and GTA 6 was next. But according to YouTube user MrBossFTW, this could be a move by the ex-employee to cover his tracks after facing flak, or he could only be trolling.
We can only take his messages with a grain of salt, and for most he might be trolling the community.
But there has been no official confirmation or hint from Rockstar that suggests the company is working on either GTA 6 or Red Dead Redemption 2.
