Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) is having a tough time coping up with numerous difficulties in his life in the recent episodes of NBC's supernatural drama series "Grimm," and it seems that things will be getting worse for him in the upcoming Season 6 of the series.
First, Nick lost someone really close to him and then he was betrayed and threatened by his own people. The final hammer on the nail was when Adalind (Claire Coffee) and the baby were kidnapped by the antagonist Black Claw. All the tragedies have changed him significantly and the show's fans will witness a much different and darker Nick in the sixth season.
As reported by Game n Guide, a darker side of Nick's character will be revealed in Season 6, even though the Black Claw is no more in the picture.
Enstarz has reported that at the Armageddon Expo in New Zealand, Giuntoli explained that his character will grow "very vicious" in the upcoming season as he had already started to undergo some sort of transformation in Season 5 finale.
Giuntoli also discussed that what could be expected of Nick in the next season after his powers were revealed to the viewers in Season 5. He hinted at a more aggressive and furious Nick who will be close to being "unhinged."
Nick is determined to find Adalind and the baby Kelly and in order to do that, he needs to be tough to confront what lies in front of him. He might act as a ruthless villain to save his family as mercy won't stop the evildoers from keeping him away from Adalind and Kelly.
Season 6 will start right from where Season 5 concluded with Nick confronting Renard (Sasha Roiz). The next season will also reveal whether Nick and Adalind's love will prevail or not.
To watch how Nick's confrontation with Renard will go, the fans will have to wait till Oct. 28, when Season 6 will premiere on NBC.
