Once she's home, Meredith also told Alex to declare his love for Jo and he does it.
In Episode 10, we will see Meredith coming to terms about how a lot of things have changed after the death of her husband Derek Shepherd. Everyone around Meredith is trying to help her deal with the trauma, but she will be seen pushing away everyone.
The promo of "All I Want is You" teases that Meredith will no longer want to spend time with her friends and she is shown visiting a shrink for therapy. She is seen telling the doctor that she has accepted that she's a widow and doesn't mind being alone. She also says that she doesn't welcome Maggie's idea of having people over all the time.
Meanwhile, Maggie and Callie perform a risky, experimental surgery on a teenager, and Nathan and Owen continue to remain at odds. On the other hand, Maggie and Andrew's relationship will progress.
