Shah Rukh Khan's "Raees" is a much-awaited film and all we have as a sneak peek are a handful of posters and a teaser. But that's going to change soon.
The makers are planning to release the theatrical trailer of "Raees" with SRK's "Dear Zindagi" on Nov. 25, Koimoi reported. They had apparently decided on attaching the trailer with the prints of "Rock On 2" at first, but changed their mind later.
Meanwhile, "Raees" director Rahul Dholakia cannot contain his excitement about the film. On Eid-Al-Adha, he shared a dialogue from the film that is even fiercer than the last one.
He tweeted: "Chalo eid pe film Nahi, Ek Chhota sa dialogue hi Sahi: "Gussa shaitaan Ka Hunar hai, issliye haraam hai" #raees @RaeesTheFilm #EidMubaarak."
What else is happening with the film?
The crew of "Raees" is still giving final touches to the film. Shah Rukh, while talking about moving the film's release date from July 6, 2016 to Jan. 26, 2017, said that there are portions he would like to re-work on. Because the superstar was recovering from an injury, a few of the action sequences didn't turn out looking as good as he would have liked them to.
He also pointed out that lack of screens is another reason the makers thought it wise to not time the release with that of "Sultan." Interestingly, "Raees" will now clash with Hrithik Roshan's "Kaabil," which is quite a big-ticket release.
The makers are said to be trying all they can to avoid the impending clash. Apparently, both the parties have been holding meetings regarding the same, but are yet to come to a conclusion.
"Raees" also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Mahira Khan and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub in key roles.
