United States will celebrate Grandparents' Day on Sunday, 13 September. While in today's age and time, it is quite difficult to see youngsters spending time with their grandparents, there are still quite a few people, who adore and love them. The day has been celebrated since 1978, when the then-President Jimmy Carter signed the proclamation designating the first Sunday of September after Labor Day as the National Grandparents' Day.
