The list also includes GTA 4, Modern Warfare 3 and the Original Black Ops, which shows that the gamers are not going for just the new games. Minecraft, one of the well-known games holds the third position on the list.

Even after facing so many issues with the online version of the game, GTA 5 managed to top the list.

The multiplayer component of GTA 5 went online on Oct.1 and millions of gamers logged into Rockstar Games accounts to download the online update. But the server of the game publisher faced a problem when supporting GTA 5 Online, reported Christian Today.

The game developers had predicted the issue and warned the fans beforehand.

"This sort of thing is inevitable in a massive open-world game and there'll surely be lots more unexpected oddities like this in the online world next week. Rest assured we'll be monitoring and actively doing all we can to smooth such things out as they happen, but we need your help to find them, as well as your feedback to help fine tune all of the game's systems so everything is perfectly balanced," stated Rockstar Games according to Christian Today.

The issue has now been fixed and players can enjoy a smooth gaming experience.
