Popular K-pop stars such as EXO member Chanyeol and Shinee singer Taemin are gearing up to entertain fans with their live performances at Grand Hallyu Festival 2015.
The annual event will kick off on Friday, 4 September, at the Seoul Olympic Stadium, which is also known as Jamsil Olympic Stadium.
Many Korean music groups, including Girls' Generation, Block B, CNBLUE, EXID and BEAST, will perform as a team. But, two popular boy bands of SM Entertainment, EXO and Shinee, will only have solo performances.
While Chanyeol will meet the followers of EXO on behalf of his teammates, Taemin will rock the stage for Shinee, according to Soompi.
Though every K-pop star will have a major role to play in the event, Chanyeol is likely to be the centre of attraction, mainly because it will be his first solo performance on stage.
So K-Pop fans can mark the calendars to watch the performance of their favourite music icons live on stage during the Grand Hallyu Festival.
Meanwhile, fans of Chanyeol have another reason to be excited about as the celeb recently opened an account on popular Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo. The account has been verified and he has more than 530,000 followers, according to Koreaboo.
