New Delhi, Nov 07 (ANI): Speaking on BJP's demand of SPG cover for its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, Biju Janata Dal leader Jay Panda said on Thursday that the government should take decision on beefing up security on threat perception and not on the post leaders are holding or will hold in future.
