New Delhi, Nov 10 (ANI): Even as Union Foreign Minister Salman Khurshid will officially head the Indian delegation at the CHOGM to be held in Sri Lanka next week with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not attending the meet in view of the opposition by parties in Tamil Nadu, the BJP on Sunday slammed the Congress-led UPA for its weak policies.
