Speculations of Nexus 7 successor getting launched at the upcoming Google's developers conclave I/O 2013 have been floating around for quite a sometime. Now with less than a week left for the event to kick-off, Ming-Chi Kou, a senior analyst at the Taiwan arm of KGI Securities has revealed a list of expected features of the next generation Nexus 7 tablet.

Kuo's research note which is in the possession of Apple Insider has revealed that the new Nexus 7-II would sport a Full HD LTPS screen with 1200x1920p display resolutions and it would run on the rumoured Android mobile OS v4.3 Jelly Bean powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro.
