As promised, Flipkart has promptly begun the Google Nexus 6 shipment delivery in India.
A few days ago, Motorola's exclusive e-commerce affiliate had stated to deliver all the pre-booked Google Nexus 6 in the second week of December.
A consumer going by the name Akshay Harlikar (via Twitter) said he just received a mail from Flipkart confirming that the flagship Motorola phone would to be delivered on 12 December. Many other buyers have also received the delivery tracking details.
However, some consumers on social media networks have reported that Flipkart has offered ₹3,000 discount on their Nexus 6 for late delivery. This is a welcome move by the e-commerce company as it will build loyalty among the consumers.
"So just got a mail that @Flipkart has given ₹3000 as a compensation to deliver the #nexus6 by 20th dec. Atleast got a date. Thanks for 3k :)," tweeted Subhav Ramnani, a Nexus 6 buyer.
Here are some of the Google Nexus 6 consumers' reactions on Twitter:
Okay so @Flipkart has reduced the price so they are refunding. It says when you track your order. #nexus6 pic.twitter.com/oOZxJ4JL6B
