Despite so much speculation flying around the Internet, Google and Motorola have so far chosen to remain silent over the reports.

Neither of them are denying nor confirming the existence of the flagship Android smartphone Nexus 6 (aka Nexus X).

However, if a recent report from India (courtesy, PhoneArena) is to be believed, Nexus 6 is in its final development stage. It is said that two Motorola Shamu (numbered XT1112) prototype models have landed in India (Bangalore) from the USA for a demo.

Google Nexus 6 aka X Display Details:

According to the recently leaked AnTuTu benchmarking results, Google-Motorola Nexus 6 is slated to boast a bigger and flashier 5.2-inch QHD (aka 2K) 2560x1440p resolution display.

If we go by recently launched Samsung Note 4's 5.7 –inch QHD display with 515 ppi (pixels per inch), Nexus 6 can be expected to pack at least 550 plus ppi pixel density.

For the uninitiated, 2013 model- Nexus 5 flaunted a 4.95-inch full HD (1920x1080p) screen with 445 ppi. So, if the speculations do turn out to be true, it will certainly bring cheers to loyal Android fans.

Google Nexus 6 aka X Processor, RAM and Storage Details:

Early this week, Samsung launched Galaxy Note 4 with the latest Snapdragon 805 series processor, which can top CPU speed close to 2.7GHz. So, many are betting high that Nexus 6 too would ship with the same Qualcomm made processor.

Even the recently leaked benchmarking results too concur with the speculations. Nexus 6 was seen tested with Qualcomm's beast- Snapdragon 805 (APQ8084), a quad-core processor, backed by Adreno 420 graphics engine and sumptuous 3GB RAM.

Nexus 6 is expected to be made available in two storage variants, most probably - 32GB and 64GB models.

Google Nexus 6 aka X Camera Details:

Last year, Nexus 5 came packed with a 8.0-megapixel main camera and a 1.3-megapixel snapper on the front side, but tech pundits and fans weren't impressed with it.

This year too, Nexus 6 is reported to have megapixel bump as well. According to AnTuTu site (courtesy, G4Games), it will house a 13.0-megapixel main camera and a 2.1-megapixel snapper on the front. There are no other details beyond these physical specifications.

Ardent Nexus fans are hoping that Google incorporates some value-added features to enrich photography experience, which was sorely missed in its predecessor.

Technology blog, Inferse citing sources has claimed that Google Nexus 6 is expected to  get unveiled on Halloween (31 October), a popular western festival. Even its predecessor Nexus 5 also was launched on that very same day, last year.

Last month, France based e-commerce site, Fnac accidently (or intentionally?) listed the 32GB & 64GB version of the yet-to-be unveiled Nexus 6 aka Motorola Nexus X, revealing the price details.

Once the report went wild on the Internet, the webpage was pulled-off immediately, but by then, some technology blogs had already taken a snapshot of the webpage.

According to the listing (courtesy, TK Tech News), Nexus X 64GB and 32GB smartphone variants were reportedly priced - €499.99 (around $700/₹40,000) and €419.99 (around $554/₹33,526) respectively.
