After the heated debate between Alicia Florrick (Julianna Margulies) and Frank Prady (David Hyde Pierce) in episode 12, "The Good Wife" fans are eagerly waiting to watch their favourite show this sunday.
But CBS might just disappoint its viewers with no new episode of season 6 on 18 January due to The National Football League (NFL) conference championship game.
Although there is no official confirmation on whether episode 13 of the legal drama will be aired on 18 January or not, the CBS Sunday schedule has only two programs listed on it -- NFL AFC championship and "Scorpion".
As of now, no information on the new episode is available and it may take a while for the show to come up with a new one.
Several speculations are doing the rounds that "The Good Wife" is taking another long break due to several major events, such as Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, The Grammys, British Academy of Film and Television Arts Film Awards (BAFTA), American Cinematographers Awards (ASC) and The Academy Awards, scheduled for upcoming Sundays.
The viewers will then have to wait until March to watch the series and know more about their favourite characters.
In the mean time, CBS has brought something new to its disappointed viewers. "The Good Wife" fans can share their opinion on Florrick's run for State's Attorney on its official Facebook page.
The post with the title "10 Reasons Alicia Florrick would make a great State's Attorney" has already received more than 2000 likes and 40 shares.
