When "The Good Wife" returns on CBS with Season 6 episode 21 next Sunday, 3 May, at 9 pm, it is likely to focus on Alicia Florrick's (Julianna Margulies) future in the court room.
The official synopsis of the legal drama hints that the protagonist will once again take up the role of a defence attorney after she receives a call from an old client who is tied up with a murder case of 2009.
While reviewing the case of Dorian Missick's character, former State's Attorney will remember her days as a lawyer, states the description of next week's sequel.
Meanwhile, the episode is also expected to address Kalinda Sharma's (Archie Panjabi) exit as well as Cary Agos (Matt Czuchry) and Diane Lockhart's (Christine Baranski) future.
Other lead cast members to appear in episode 21 include Makenzie Vega as Grace Florrick, Alan Cumming as Eli Gold, Zach Grenier as David Lee, and Matthew Goode as Finn Polmar.
Next sequel will also have a list of guest stars, including Mary Beth Peil as Jackie Florrick, Graham Phillips as Zach Florrick, Chris Butler as Matan Brody, Kurt Fuller as Judge Peter Dunaway, Dorian Missick as Brett Tatro, Crystal Dickinson as Josie Tatro, Ian Unterman as Joel Kingsley-Weaver, Aya Cash as Amber Audrey, Lucy Owen as Daktoa, Timothy D Stickney as Daniel Cain, Graham Winton as Det. However, CBS has not released the title and trailers of next Sunday's sequel. So "The Good Wife" fans will have to wait for a few more days to know more about their favourite characters. In the meantime, they an enjoy episode 20, titled "The deconstruction" at 9 pm this Sunday, 26 April, which will be live-streamed here.
