"The State of the Affairs" star Katherine Heigl looked stunning in a navy blue Zac Posen gown. Speaking at the occasion, she said, "He just knows how to do [dresses] for my fuller figure. It's a good fabric. It's like Spanx, [it] just sucks it in," she told Eonline.
George Clooney's wife Amal Alamuddin made her red carpet debut in a black gown. She coupled her one shoulder Dior Haute Couture gown with white gloves and Harry Winston jewels. She kept her look classic and matched it up with her husband Clooney's black tuxedo.
Jennifer Lopez raised the red carpet fashion bar as she arrived in a sexy Zuhair Murad gown. She coupled her look with chandelier earrings and a matching clutch. The singer cum actress showed ample cleavage and her toned legs in a high slit.
"I love him, he's one of my favorite designers. I actually had it at the AMAs, but I was like, this is more of a Golden Globes dress," she explained about her choice for the gown to the Website.

As for the best TV series in Drama category "The Affair" has major chances to walk away with the accolades. The other nominees are Downton Abbey," "Game of Thrones," "House of Cards,"and "The Good Wife."
The top contenders in the Best Actress category include Jennifer Aniston (The Cake), Julianne Moore (Map to the Stars), Reese Witherspoon (Wild), Felicity Jones (The Theory Everything), and Rosmund Pike (Gone Girl) whereas nominees for Best Actor include Benedict Cumberbatch (The Imitation Game), Jake Gylenhaal (Nightcrawler), David Oyelowo (Selma), Steve Carell (Foxcatcher) and Eddie Redmayne (The Theory of Everthing).
