Srinagar, Aug 31 (ANI): Kashmiri girls shined at National Dragon Boat Race Championship and impressed selectors with their hidden talent in Srinagar. The four-day championship was organized by sports council in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir armed police along with different non-government organizations to boost water sports in world famous Dal Lake in Jammu and Kashmir. Participants, hailing from different cities like New Delhi and Punjab, were divided in twelve teams. Girls stole the show by exhibiting their talents in this competition. She said such events encourage girls to pursue water sports. Organizer of the tournament Bilquis Mir said more girls should come out and join such events to get acceptance.
