Season 3 of Girl Meets World returned after a short break with episode 13, The Great Lady of New York, which gave fans a chance to see all the friends' ancestry.
In the episode fans saw Riley (Rowan Blanchard) finally coming to terms with the fact that by being American, she is actually an amalgamation of all cultures that exist in the melting pot. Meanwhile, Farkle (Cory Fogelmanis) struggled with the knowledge that his great-grandfather was Jewish and was adopted by a Christian family.
The episode concluded with everyone learning something new and interesting about their ancestors and coming to the realisation that their choices and sacrifices gave their kids the opportunity to build a good life in the US. It definitely was one of the more touching episodes of Girl Meets World and in the upcoming Season 3 episode 14 the show will take a lighter tone.
Girl Meets She Don't Like Me will be all about Riley trying to befriend a new girl in school and getting shot down. As someone who is bubbly and loved by everyone, Riley will find it difficult to cope with the fact that someone could actually dislike her. Thankfully she still has her group of friends that actually still loves her.
