Chinese technology major, Gionee is reportedly launching the company's 2013 flagship model Elife E6 in October first week.
The Indian arm of the smartphone company has begun sending out event invites to select media houses and will launch the Elife E6 on 3 October, reported BGR.
Gionee Elife E6 made its global debut in early July and has garnered appreciation from tech blogs across the world for its display and unibody design with tough build quality, despite featuring plastic based shell. It sports a stunning 5.0-inch full HD (1920x1080p) Reality display boasting pixel density of 441 ppi (pixels per inch) and OGS (One Glass Solution) screen technology.
Inside, it packs 1.5GHz ARM Cortex-A7 quad-core processor that runs on Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS with 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt memory. It also flaunts high-end 13.0-megapixel camera on the rear side with 5-element lenses, BSI sensors and flash support as well as night mode shooting options. On the front side, it boasts of a 5.0-megapixel camera with 12 auto photo-editing tools.
