Scared of giant spiders? How about giant spiders that seemingly burst into hundreds of baby spiders? If you are, then this video may not be for you.
The clip that is guaranteed to make your skin crawl shows a mother spider apparently resting, with what looks like a strange twinkle all over her back.
However, it soon becomes apparent that the twinkle is just a mass of infant arachnids ready to burst away from their mother. Once they do, they disperse quickly from what looks like their carrier, literally bursting into life.
The origins of the video are not clear but it emerged on Reddit on 26 August and has been doing the rounds since then.
