Gears of War, the third-person shooter franchise from developer Epic Games and publishers Microsoft Studios is in the news. This time it is about a video footage that has been rumoured to have been leaked from its Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for Xbox One.
The leaked footage shows only part of the remastered version of the game for Xbox One. It is pretty obvious that Microsoft Studios would be making a remaster of the Gears of War for fans on their newest Xbox One console. This leaked video suggests that the game is in development.
MP1ST reported that there was a removal of the video from its original location and fans will not find it here and a second one will be found here. The site also carries a string of screen shots from the remastered version.
It has been rumoured that the remastered version will be called "Gears of War: Ultimate Edition" and will be featuring improved visuals. It was also reported that the video was running at 60 FPS and will feature new cutscenes.
Reports had suggested that the game will be a multiplayer-only with several modes like Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill, 1 Life 1V1 Shotgun TDM, 1V1 Sudden Death Gnashers Only, 4V4 TDM Single Round, and 4V4 KOTH Single Round.
The game is rumoured to be developed by Black Tusk Studios, who are working on an untitled Gears of War game for Xbox One.
It is speculated that Microsoft could reveal more on this at E3 2015.
